Our people and culture
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s professional staff communities support a thriving student-family-school relationship. The calibre of our academic, administrative and operational staff determines the quality and efficacy of our students’ learning. We endeavour to find and appoint individuals who are outstanding in their fields, their pedagogy and their willingness to positively contribute to the º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ community.

These beliefs are outlined in several important foundations, which include documents like our Child Safe Policy, Code of Ethics and Conduct, our Anglican Heritage and School values.
These along with other associated documents mean that as an employee of the School, you will be required to meet clear behavioural standards. These are outlined in the papers listed above along with our Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting Policy and How to Comply with the Code of Conduct for All Staff, as updated from time to time.
Child safety is also expressed through our day-to-day interactions with each other and the boys. Consequently, as an employee at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ we anticipate that you will:
- Provide a welcoming and safe environment for children and young people.
- Promote the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
